The Lakeview Apartments have been a proud fixture in East Harlem since 1974, offering 446 residential units nestled between 5th and Madison Avenues, along East 106th and 107th Streets—just steps away from Central Park.

Lakeview Apartments were previously part of the Mitchell-Lama affordable housing program, and while we have since transitioned out of the program, we remain firmly committed to preserving affordability and supporting the stability of our community.
